Gender and Inclusion (GESI) Manager - Indonesia
Essential KSA's required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Gender, Social Studies, Legal Studies
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in community or development programs, working with Government of Indonesia
- Demonstrated experience adapting and providing practical support governments to utilize various tools and approaches that support gender equality and inclusion.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities, take initiative and work well as part of a team.
- Written and verbal communication skills of a high order able to develop good drafts of reports and analysis in a clear, concise, and convincing manner.
- Interpersonal communication skills of a high order able to forge relations easily with a range of stakeholders including for example: civil society, government, donors, development partners and private sector.
- Well-developed skills in project management including project planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Fluency in Bahasa and English languages.
- Understanding of gender equality and social inclusion issues.
Valued but not required KSA's:
- Indonesian national
- Familiarity with USAID procedures and practices.
