Business Development Associate - Remote Mexico
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1 year of relevant work experience, including in international development, recruiting, and/or business development field for multilateral development banks and private clients.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Diplomatic skills for negotiations with partners and internal discussions.
- Proficiency in writing, grammar, and quality assurance.
- Computer proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., Egnyte, OneDrive), Adobe PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Legally entitle to work in Mexico
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
- Three to five years of experience writing and producing a minimum of 10 proposals for international development clients.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
If substantial experience is demonstrated, a more senior position can be considered.
