Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in international studies, business management, public administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• BD Manager: Minimum five years of experience conducting business development, including proposal management required, preferably with US government agencies and/or international development funding agencies such as United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) or World Bank.
• Senior BD Manager: Minimum seven years of experience conducting business development, including proposal management required, preferably with US government agencies and/or international development funding agencies such as United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) or World Bank.
• Strong management skills, including experience managing one or more individuals required.
• Ability to be proactive, stay organized, leverage strong working relationships and manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Previous experience in international work and/or travel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience facilitating meetings in-person and virtually.
• Knowledge of a foreign language preferred.
