Data Management Specialist, USAID/El Salvador Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data analytics, information technology or other relevant discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum three years demonstrable work experience in a position involving data management/data analysis required.
- Experience data management services on USAID- or other donor-funded projects preferred.
- Proficient with standard data manipulation software including MS Excel and Postgres SQL.
- Familiarity with geospatial data file formats, including shapefiles, preferred.
- Familiarity with current USAID policies related to the DIS preferred.
- Ability to produce high quality work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
- Fluency in Spanish required. Basic skills in written and verbal English preferred.
