Evaluation Specialist, USAID/Colombia Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in evaluation, economics, business intelligence, or related area required.
- At minimum five years of experience.
- Experience in economics, social sciences, project management, government, or other relevant fields
- Experience in collecting qualitative data, conducting semi-structured interviews, focus groups, using mixed methods and utilizing secondary data.
- Experience in team management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with USAID evaluations preferred.
- Fluency in written and oral English required.
