HR Manager - Kazakhstan

Essential KSA's required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management or related field        
• Five years of Human Resource management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)        
• Fluency in Russian and English    
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
   

Valued but not required KSA's:

• HR certification is highly preferred
• Prior experience working in USAID or other donor funded projects
• Prior experience working with government agencies, industry associations and academic institutions
   

Line management responsibility: 

• N/A

Physical demands & work environment:

• Office setting
• Occasional travel may be required to visit office in Nursultan and other countries in the region.
