Hydrogen Program Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Science.
• At least 15 years of experience in the energy sector and three years of experience in Green Hydrogen related to strategy / market design economics etc.
• Understanding of the energy industry in the U.S., including market design, regulation, and policy and decarbonization approaches.
• An effective networker who can easily make connections with internal and external stakeholders; be capable of dealing with different stakeholders at all levels.
• Documentable experience in developing new business and in marketing.
• Experience leading a team of professionals, especially in a cross-cultural context.

Other Desirable Knowledge and Experience:

• An understanding of competitive commodity markets is preferred, as well as the technical, financial, regulatory and economic mechanisms that support a market-oriented approach.
