Monitoring Lead, USAID/ El Salvador Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Master’s degree in development, evaluation, development analytics, economics, knowledge management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum eight years of demonstrated experience in performance monitoring and MEL plan development for international development projects required, preferably experience with MEL plan development for USAID projects preferred.
- Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in collection of qualitative and quantitative data required.
- Minimum four years of management and direct supervision experience required.
- Ability to provide expert guidance to technical teams in developing and updating performance monitoring plans required.
- Familiarity with current USAID policies related to performance management preferred.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills required
- Prior experience in Central America required.
- Experience in El Salvador strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
