Program Data Management Specialist – US – Remote
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related discipline
- English fluency with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience maintaining data spreadsheets in Excel.
- Experience with client engagement and customer service
- Proven ability to manage service requests and provide feedback to software vendors.
- Experience with digital product ownership and management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing and extracting from databases, such as SQL
- Experience creating automations and workflows in collaborative spreadsheet platforms such as Smartsheet.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic Macros for Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of iterative, agile, lean, or other processes and software development methodologies
