Recruitment Specialist
Requirements:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment
- Experience recruiting in the engineering industry is considered an asset
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio; HRIS experience an asset
- Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment.
