Senior Program Analyst, DoD Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience developing and implementing security cooperation policies, procedures, and programs is required.
- Demonstrated AM&E experience.
- Experience in planning security cooperation programs is desired.
- Experience in assessment and monitoring of key security cooperation functions strategy/policy, defense institution building/institutional capacity building, logistics, human resource management, resource management, and protection of civilians/SSR/civil sector/human rights is desired.
- Experience working on a GCC or other senior-level DoD staff component and demonstrated ability to produce high-level planning documents for senior leaders is desired.
- Must maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Knowledge of monitoring and data collection is desired.
- English fluency is required.
