Ukraine Energy Support Fund (UESF) Director - EU Opportunity
Essential KSA's required (experience, skills, education, certification etc.):
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting donor-funded projects, USAID-projects preferred, serving in senior management roles such as Contracts/Procurement/Operations Director or in similar role/capacity with increasing level of responsibility; field experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of USAID FAR governing procurements and contracts a must.
- Demonstrable experience with USAID-funded and/or donor projects is required.
- Experience supervising staff is required.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines, strong communications skills – both oral and written, detail-oriented, ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English is required; command of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
- Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and perform numerous tasks simultaneously;
- Motivated and energetic self-starter with a positive, inclusive, and creative outlook;
- Proven ability to manage internal and external client expectations is mandatory;
Valued but not required KSA's:
- Experience working in international development, energy, and/or environment sectors.
- Experience using e-procurement platforms
- Experience serving in a senior contracts/compliance role.
