Water Resources Intern
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must be within 1-2 years of graduation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Ecology, Biology, Civil or Environmental Engineering, or other related field; Master’s degree students preferred
- Able to work in the field and assist in the field data collection and documentation
- Familiarity with water quality and biological sampling techniques preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and ArcPro
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in emerging topics in water resources
- Flexibility in scheduling because field monitoring is weather-dependent and requires rapid mobilization
- Ability to provide personal transportation to field sites up to two hours away
