Qualifications:

*Master’s degree is desired in a relevant field such as social science, management, international development, field research, or another related field.

* At least 5 years’ combined experience leading and/or managing field-based research programs and activities, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), tracking trends, and assessing and evaluating project outcomes and lessons.

* Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tracking trends, and assessing and evaluating project outcomes and lessons.

* Extensive field research experience in social development, particularly in gender equity and empowerment programs in the Philippines.

* Advanced proficiency in writing and speaking the English language.

* Strong analytical and technical report writing demonstrated by written materials authored and co-authored by the applicant.

* Must be Metro Manila based or willing to travel to Metro Manila for face-to-face activities.
